The first mushroom weekend at Hotel Punkaharju in September 2016 was a success: a new species of lactarius for Finland was found as well as matsutake, the royalty of mushrooms. As in last year, a mushroom hunting trips to the beautiful Finnish nature will take place with the top mushroom specialists Tea von Bonsdorff and Jarkko Korhonen along with the keenest mushroom hunter in Punkaharju Saimi Hoyer.
