This autumn Hotel Punkaharju offers two weekends full of yoga and relaxation. After the hectic summer, it’s time to stop, listen to the silence and recharge for the upcoming winter. The yoga weekend offers a full relaxation to both mind and body. Program consists of yin, slow flow and sauna yoga.
Hotel Punkaharju yoga instructors Tero Vänttinen and Nina Massa welcome you to enjoy the atmosphere the event. The program for the weekend is voluntary, so you’ll be able to make your weekend perfect for you. In addition to the yoga classes, you’ll have a great opportunity to take a walk in the beautiful nature or enjoy a cup of tea in a cozy corner at the hotel. You’re welcome just the way you are. We’ll promise to take care of you.
Food is a big part of the weekend. Restaurant Punkaharju has created unique dining experiences to support relaxation and well-being.
