The yoga weekend offers total relaxation to both mind and body. Our program consists of yin, slow flow and sauna yoga. You can sleep in hotels historical rooms and enjoy silence, nature and fresh air.
Hotel Punkaharju yoga instructors Tero Vänttinen and Nina Massa welcome you to enjoy the event in our relaxing ambiance. You can choose individual sessions from the weekend program so you can put together your own program to suit yourself. In addition to the yoga classes, you can take a leisurely walk in the beautiful surrounding nature or enjoy a cup of tea in one of the cozy corners at the hotel. You’re welcome to stay just as you are. We promise to take good care of you.
Food is a big part of the weekend. Our chef has created a unique menu at our restaurant to top off your completely blissful experience of relaxation and well-being.
